We'll have a conversation together about various support available to you and your family and ask NHS experts questions and use free provided resources to practice creating a
Wellbeing Tool Kit for different needs before exploring a village of support for our children in a facilitated and safe space.

With a wealth of experience offering talking therapies to both young people and adults, Dr Jenny Wilson also brings expertise in helping services be more sensitive to meeting the needs of diverse populations. She is joined by the very experienced Pam Musonza bringing even more expertise around talking therapies for parents.

As a midwife and mental health practitioner, Caroline combines expertise around the physical aspects of pregnancy and emotional experiences. She is a culturally sensitive practitioner championing spaces for our cultural and faith beliefs along our mental health journey.
Dr Shah has long been championing spaces to ask questions and get information about medication in mental health with no obligation through his clinics. He welcomes questions, especially for those planning families or looking at how medication can play a role in maintaining healthy emotional well-being.
Idrees brings more than 23 years of national and international experience in the fields of inclusion, education, and training. His true passion lies in utilizing research to drive belongingness agenda, foster social change, and cultivate a positive culture. Throughout his career, he has been fervently advocating for EDIB (equality, diversity, inclusion, and belongingness) in the workplace. Currently, he is championing the EDIB agenda in NHS.
