Mk talking therapies: an NHS-funded service; a range of difficulties, such as low mood, anxiety,
and stress. Working with individuals, couples, and groups. Self-refer on
MK therapy centre offers complimentary therapies for adult mental health issues and long
covid, effective with BAME.
For men; heads up provides online ‘check-up’ and a handy toolbox that can help you to overcome
common issues like trouble sleeping, feeling low and money worries.
